So you are considering building a shed and have looked in on these chaps at “All Steel Buildings” for your Fair Dinkum shed.

I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed in the quality, the price or the service you will receive. For a start, you could not wish to have a more pleasant bunch of guys work on your project. And the price – well they beat another company even though this other company offered a “Field Day” special.

As for the service, I was kept informed at every step; they went out of their way to see that I was satisfied, and the follow up (even when the job was technically finished) was first class. DECO CITY SELF STORAGE

A belated letter to express our appreciation with the building of our 87 Self Storage facility. When I started looking at building companies to build our complex, the project became much easier when I approached All Steel Buildings (H.B.) Ltd. My initial meeting with David (unannounced) and after less than an hour leave with computer designed, tentative plans and prices, allowed me to go away and access various options regarding sizes and layout of the planned project. When I left your office I knew “All Steel Buildings” were going to build the complex for us.

The main contributing factors at that stage were:

1. The ease of changing any dimensions of the buildings instantly during the design stage.
2. The ability to instantly alter sizes to build more cost effectively.
3. To be able to get the building costs at the same time as the plans were drawn.
4. The land we were building on required “Engineer designed/approved” plans. The plans produced fitted this criteria.
5. The ‘Square Metre’ building price guidelines we were given from other companies showed that ‘All Steel Buildings’ were cost competitive.

The finished product receives many favourable comments, and we are extremely proud of our complex. There are photos on our website www.decocitystorage.co.nz which we use to show potential customers the standard of our property.

A PLUS SELF STORAGE

We contracted All Steel Buildings (H.B.) Ltd to design and construct 47 self-storage units on our behalf as a turn-key project. They organised the entire project from concept drawings, preparing detailed drawings, seeking resource and other consents, organizing sub-contractors, construction to achieving final project completion.

The entire process went incredibly smoothly. We were kept abreast with developments and had direct input at key stages throughout the project. All Steel Buildings went above and beyond to meet our needs and in many instances actually exceeded our expectations. As with any project, we sought a number of variations and these were readily accommodated, some without additional charge.

All Steel Buildings was incredibly professional and their pricing very competitive. Their after-sales service is also excellent, not that we had much cause to call on it given the finished job was of such a high standard. We would unreservedly recommend All Steel Buildings to any prospective client.
